Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end project accounting lifecycle for assigned accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial reports including budget vs. actuals
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with project teams on cost tracking and forecasting
- Support month-end/year-end closing processes for project accounts
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and audit findings
- Implement financial controls to mitigate project risks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of project accounting experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and project accounting principles
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Experience with multinational project financials
