Are you a charismatic individual with a passion for driving sales and building consumer connections? FCHC Manpower Corp is looking for a dedicated Promodiser / Product Generalist to join our dynamic team in Camiling, Tarlac. In this role, you will act as the brand ambassador, executing on-ground strategies to maximize product visibility and achieve sales targets.
As a Promodiser, you will bridge the gap between the product and the consumer, ensuring that potential buyers understand the value proposition of our offerings. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily product demonstrations and promotional activities at assigned retail locations.
- Maintain attractive and compliant product displays to attract customer attention.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure shelves are adequately stocked.
- Engage with customers to answer questions and promote product features effectively.
- Collect and report customer feedback regarding products and store performance.
- Collaborate with store managers to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Adhere to company branding guidelines and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales promotion, retail, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and willing to travel within the Camiling area.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
