Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct effective in-store product demonstrations and promotional activities.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing product display area.
- Collect and report customer feedback and market trends to the management team.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and promotional goals.
- Collaborate with retail staff to ensure seamless integration of promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Sales Promoter, Promodiser, or Retail Associate is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
