- Identify, evaluate, and develop new local suppliers aligned with company requirements
- Lead negotiations with suppliers on pricing, quality specifications, and delivery timelines
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and maintain robust vendor relationships
- Ensure timely material deliveries to support production schedules
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and strategic sourcing initiatives
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align purchasing strategies with operational needs
- Manage procurement documentation and maintain accurate supplier databases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Proven negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable terms
- Strong analytical abilities for supplier evaluation and cost analysis
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
