Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely acquisition of materials.
- Negotiate contracts and prices with vendors to secure the best value and favorable terms.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and competitive pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent stockouts.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate records of purchase orders and invoices.
- Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing or supply chain management within the manufacturing or transport industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
