Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate all purchasing activities for restaurant operations and inventory management
- Source and procure high-quality ingredients, supplies, and equipment from local and international vendors
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify new sourcing opportunities
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to align purchasing strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years in purchasing or procurement role, preferably in hospitality or F&B
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Knowledge of local Ubud/Bali supplier networks advantageous
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing practices
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
