Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor production processes to ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and specifications.
- Conduct visual and functional inspections of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products.
- Document inspection findings, record non-conformities, and communicate defects to the Quality Assurance Manager immediately.
- Assist in the investigation of root causes for quality issues and participate in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and 5S standards.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues in real-time.
- Update quality control logs and reports accurately and on time.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Control, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or QC role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify minor defects that others might overlook.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems and inspection techniques.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced industrial environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and report generation.
