Join Indesso as a QC Supervisor and lead our quality control initiatives to ensure excellence in every product we deliver. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all QC operations, maintain rigorous quality assurance standards, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal systems. Your leadership will be instrumental in coordinating the QC team, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily quality control operations to ensure adherence to standards
- Implement and maintain quality assurance systems and processes
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify product quality and compliance
- Lead and mentor the QC team, providing guidance and training as needed
- Analyze quality data and report on performance metrics
- Collaborate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality control processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in using quality management software and data analysis tools
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQM, CQA) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
