Tanggung Jawab
- Administer radiation therapy treatments to cancer patients according to prescribed protocols
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment with precision and safety
- Position patients accurately for treatment and ensure immobilization devices are properly applied
- Monitor patients during treatment and document any reactions or side effects
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and other healthcare team members
- Perform quality assurance checks on equipment and treatment plans
- Provide education and support to patients regarding treatment procedures and potential side effects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field
- Current certification as a Radiation Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiation therapy
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Attention to detail and precision in treatment planning and delivery
