Are you a visionary leader with a passion for brand storytelling? Glico is seeking a dynamic Regional Creative & Design Manager to spearhead our creative vision across the Asia-Pacific region.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end creative strategy, ensuring our brand identity resonates deeply with diverse audiences. You will serve as the guardian of our visual language, managing a team of talented designers and collaborating closely with marketing, product, and regional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth.
From crafting high-impact campaigns to refining our global brand guidelines, you will have the autonomy to shape how the world perceives Glico. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can balance artistic flair with commercial objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the regional creative team to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies that align with business objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, print, and experiential marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into compelling visual narratives.
- Manage the creative budget and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Stay abreast of global design trends to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, brand management, or creative direction.
- Proven track record of leading design teams and managing complex creative projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
