Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with CPA/ACCA/CMA certification
- Minimum 10+ years in finance with 5+ years in regional leadership role
- MNC experience with multi-country financial management exposure
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and regulatory compliance
- Strong team leadership and cross-cultural communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Proven track record in driving financial transformation initiatives
