Your responsibilities will encompass case management, therapeutic counseling, vocational guidance, psychoeducation, and coordination of family and community support systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive case management services to clients with rehabilitation needs
- Deliver individual and group counseling sessions focused on emotional and psychological support
- Assist clients in developing vocational skills and identifying employment opportunities
- Conduct psychoeducational sessions to enhance clients' understanding of their conditions
- Coordinate family and community support systems to create a holistic rehabilitation environment
- Monitor client progress and adjust rehabilitation plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Professional certification in counseling or rehabilitation counseling
- Minimum 2 years of experience in rehabilitation counseling or similar role
- Strong counseling skills with experience in case management
- Knowledge of vocational rehabilitation principles and practices
- Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural sensitivities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
