You will work closely with healthcare professionals, researchers, and regulatory bodies to maintain the integrity and compliance of our research protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain research documentation, including protocols, informed consent forms, and regulatory submissions
- Coordinate and schedule research activities, including patient visits, meetings, and data collection procedures
- Assist in the preparation of research reports, presentations, and publications
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical research records
- Communicate effectively with research team members, sponsors, and regulatory authorities
- Assist in the recruitment and screening of research participants
- Support budget management and financial tracking for research projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
- Prior experience in clinical research or healthcare administration preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and research databases
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
