Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments and cognitive testing for study participants.
- Administer standardized psychological questionnaires and diagnostic tools under supervision.
- Collect, clean, and analyze research data using statistical software such as SPSS or R.
- Coordinate patient recruitment, screening, and scheduling for clinical trials.
- Review and summarize relevant scientific literature to support ongoing research projects.
- Maintain accurate and confidential participant records and research documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of research findings for presentations and publications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Medicine, or a related health science field.
- Previous experience in clinical research, neuropsychology, or working with the elderly population is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of cognitive assessment tools and psychological testing protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary research team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in dementia care.
