Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, review, and analyze moderate to complex payroll-related journal entries and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes for payroll accounting
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices in payroll accounting
- Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and supporting documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll accounting or financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processing requirements
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with multi-country payroll processing and tax compliance
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
