Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and present innovative interior design solutions for commercial clients
- Create detailed CAD drawings and technical specifications for project implementation
- Build and maintain client relationships through consultative sales approaches
- Prepare competitive proposals and cost estimates aligned with client budgets
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design feasibility and timely delivery
- Research market trends to identify new business opportunities and product innovations
- Track sales performance and contribute to achieving monthly/quarterly targets
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design sales or commercial design
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
- Strong portfolio showcasing commercial design projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Understanding of Singaporean building codes and regulations
- Creative problem-solving with attention to detail
