Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Finapack Trading’s brand.
- Regularly update sales reports and CRM data to track performance and forecast future revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal and team targets.
- Valid driving license and own transport (Essential for visiting clients).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the Kulim and Kedah area.
