Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive market research and lead generation
- Present product solutions to potential clients through tailored demonstrations and consultations
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline health, and market insights
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and willingness for local travel
