Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators
- Promote and sell medical products to healthcare institutions, clinics, and pharmacies
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about medical devices and pharmaceuticals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to management
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction with our medical products
- Stay updated on medical product knowledge, industry regulations, and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical sales or healthcare product marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and medical products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet clients
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools
