Tanggung Jawab
- Generate new business opportunities and meet monthly sales targets.
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to identify design requirements and preferences.
- Present design concepts, mood boards, and quotations to clients in a professional manner.
- Nurture leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with the interior design team to ensure accurate project delivery.
- Manage the sales pipeline and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within interior design or real estate.
- Strong passion for interior design, architecture, and home improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished presentation style.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a strong drive to achieve high income goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid Singapore driving license is an advantage.
