Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Develop and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor and develop accounting staff to enhance team performance and capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing accounting teams
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving financial efficiency
