Iotronix is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to drive financial excellence and operational integrity within our dynamic organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with accurate P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with timely reconciliations and adjustments
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP/MFRS standards
- Manage tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Optimize financial processes using ERP systems and automation tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CAC/MIA certification preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in senior role
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle/QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proven experience in audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and presentations
