We are seeking a highly analytical and hands-on finance professional to join our team as a Senior Management Accountant. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial insights and support strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and assisting in the development of budgets and forecasts. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in the development and monitoring of departmental budgets and forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with business units to support financial planning and decision-making
- Implement and improve financial processes and controls
- Support internal and external audits as required
- Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, etc.) preferred
