Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and reconcile complex general ledger accounts with precision and accuracy
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements compliant with US GAAP
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation
- Coordinate month-end/year-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Ensure compliance with US tax regulations and cross-border transaction requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with US GAAP exposure
- Proven expertise in financial statement preparation and reconciliation processes
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
