Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end month-end close processes for US clients with strict deadlines
- Perform comprehensive reconciliations across bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements adhering to US GAAP standards
- Manage and optimize ERP system operations for accurate data recording
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Support internal and external audits with documentation and compliance verification
- Monitor financial controls and implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years accounting experience with 2+ years supporting US clients
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong English communication skills for remote client interactions
- Proven ability to work independently in a virtual environment
