In this pivotal role, you will take charge of the financial operations for multiple entities, ensuring full compliance with Malaysian regulatory standards. Your expertise will be critical in managing the end-to-end full set of accounts, overseeing the Sales and Service Tax (SST) submission process, and handling complex payroll and banking transactions. The ideal candidate is proficient in AutoCount and Excel, with a strong ability to manage import/export documentation and maintain accurate financial records. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts for multiple companies within the organization.
- Prepare and submit accurate Sales and Service Tax (SST) returns in compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee the complete payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Handle banking operations, including account reconciliation, fund transfers, and bank statements.
- Utilize AutoCount software to maintain ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Prepare and manage import/export documentation and customs-related paperwork.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and variance analysis reports.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in handling full set accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws, specifically SST and income tax.
- Proficiency in using AutoCount accounting software is mandatory.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis).
- Experience in payroll management and bank reconciliation.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
