Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure optimal financial operations
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accurate financial record-keeping
- Prepare necessary documentation for tax compliance and filing
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in full set accounting
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
