Lycopodium Philippines is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join our growing finance team in Manila. We are a premier engineering consultancy committed to excellence, and we are looking for a professional who can ensure the integrity and efficiency of our accounts payable processes.
In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Group Finance Manager and take ownership of the full cycle of accounts payable operations. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including verifying, coding, and approving invoices for payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes by providing necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Review and update vendor master data and contracts as needed.
- Identify opportunities to streamline AP processes and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a Senior Accounts Payable or similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions) and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and banking procedures is highly desirable.
