Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections for AU construction projects
- Ensure all designs comply with Australian Building Codes and local regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine design specifications and resolve technical issues
- Prepare construction documentation including material schedules and specifications
- Conduct site visits to verify accuracy of drawings and resolve on-site discrepancies
- Utilize BIM/CAD software to develop 3D models and visualize architectural concepts
- Review and validate design modifications for constructability and feasibility
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural drafting or related field
- Proven expertise in Australian construction standards and drafting practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard drafting software
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building materials, and construction methods
- Excellent attention to detail with precise technical documentation skills
