Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize the accounts receivable process for multiple healthcare facilities
- Implement and oversee automation solutions to streamline AR operations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Supervise a team of accounts receivable specialists, providing guidance and support
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and organizational policies
- Monitor KPIs related to AR performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Prepare regular reports on AR status, aging reports, and collection metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management
- Experience in healthcare or medical billing highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of AR automation tools and financial systems
- Proven track record of improving AR processes and reducing collection times
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
