- Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects within Allied Health services
- Identify and evaluate innovative technologies to enhance clinical workflows and patient care

- Collaborate with IT, clinical, and administrative stakeholders to implement digital solutions
- Monitor industry trends and emerging healthcare technologies to maintain competitive advantage
- Measure and report on digital initiative outcomes and ROI
- Mentor junior staff in innovation methodologies and digital best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare innovation or digital transformation
- Proven track record in project management with healthcare technology implementations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate clinical needs into technical solutions
- Experience with healthcare data analytics and process optimization
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or project management methodologies
