Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate BIM models for ACMV systems ensuring compliance with Singapore building regulations
- Lead clash detection and resolution between mechanical, electrical, and architectural models
- Develop and implement BIM standards and protocols for HVAC projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize system integration
- Generate construction documentation including ductwork layouts and equipment schedules
- Train junior staff on BIM software and industry best practices
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables while maintaining quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of BIM coordination experience with ACMV projects
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD MEP
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and Singapore building codes
- Certification in BIM management or related discipline preferred
- Experience with Revit MEP and energy modeling software
- Proven ability to manage complex multidisciplinary projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
