LauLau LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bookkeeper to lead our financial operations for a diverse portfolio of US clients. In this pivotal role, you will take complete ownership of the full-cycle bookkeeping process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Your daily responsibilities will include meticulously categorizing financial transactions, performing rigorous monthly bank reconciliations, and generating comprehensive financial reports to keep stakeholders informed. Additionally, you will provide essential support for payroll processing and assist in maintaining accurate records in line with US accounting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle bookkeeping process for US clients from start to finish.
- Perform daily transaction categorization and journal entry recording.
- Conduct accurate monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
- Support payroll processing, including calculating wages and tax withholdings.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal company policies.
- Communicate financial findings and discrepancies to management and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Bookkeeper or Accounting Assistant.
- Must possess solid experience with US-based clients and knowledge of US GAAP.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a remote environment.
