Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end cash management process, including forecasting, liquidity planning, and cash disbursement.
- Monitor and reconcile daily cash positions to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Develop and enforce internal cash operation policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
- Analyze cash flow trends and provide actionable insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) regulations and internal control frameworks.
- Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of the cash operations team.
- Collaborate with treasury, accounting, and finance departments to optimize financial operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or Business Management.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in cash management, treasury operations, or banking.
- Strong understanding of banking laws, regulations, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in financial management systems and MS Office Suite (Excel advanced functions).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- CPA or relevant financial certification is a strong advantage.
