Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end conveyancing processes for property transactions, ensuring compliance with Singaporean property laws
- Prepare and draft legal documents including contracts, deeds, and transfer instruments
- Coordinate with solicitors, banks, and government agencies to facilitate smooth property transfers
- Maintain accurate client files and transaction records with meticulous attention to detail
- Conduct due diligence checks on property titles and ownership documentation
- Handle client communications and provide timely updates on transaction progress
- Assist in resolving conveyancing discrepancies and addressing legal queries
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of conveyancing experience in a Singapore law firm or legal services provider
- Proficiency in legal document drafting and property transaction procedures
- Strong understanding of Singapore's property laws and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in legal case management software and MS Office Suite
- Diploma in Law or Paralegal Studies preferred
