Lattice Semiconductor is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Global Facilities to lead the planning, development, and execution of our worldwide facility operations. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for the lifecycle management of our global real estate portfolio, ensuring our facilities support our business growth and operational excellence. You will drive capital investment strategies, manage complex construction and renovation projects, and oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing and office sites.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive global facilities strategy aligned with company business goals.
- Lead capital budgeting, planning, and management for facility construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including engineering, security, housekeeping, and environmental health and safety (EHS).
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all local, regional, and international building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency programs across all corporate and manufacturing sites.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing facilities management team across multiple locations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil), Facilities Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in the semiconductor, technology, or manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex capital projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, LEED certification, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global environment with diverse teams.
