- Analyze sales data, consumer behavior, and marketplace trends to optimize product listings and promotional campaigns
- Design and implement multi-channel advertising initiatives including social media, search marketing, and influencer partnerships

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 5+ years of e-commerce marketing experience
- Proven track record driving sales growth in TikTok Shop and/or Shopee marketplaces
- Expertise in marketplace optimization, product listing strategies, and promotional campaign management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and e-commerce analytics platforms
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
- Deep understanding of Indonesian e-commerce consumer behavior and digital marketing trends
- Advanced proficiency in digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads)
