Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the Medical Education Centre including scheduling, resource allocation, and facility management
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance educational program efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinate with clinical departments, academic partners, and external vendors to ensure seamless program delivery
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimization
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and institutional policies
- Manage budget planning and expenditure control for MEC operations and educational programs
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement new educational technologies and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or medical education management
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks and accreditation requirements
- Proven track record in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Excellent project management skills with ability to lead complex initiatives
