Join PSA Marine's finance team as a Senior Executive and play a pivotal role in our financial operations. We're seeking a meticulous professional to manage the complete accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic financial initiatives while working in a dynamic maritime environment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and support business growth across our West Coast operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Implement process improvements for financial operations
- Support tax filing and regulatory reporting requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years' relevant experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA) preferred
- Experience in marine or logistics industry advantageous
