Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including accounting, reporting, and budget management
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian financial regulations and internal controls
- Lead finance team development through mentorship, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with operations and management on financial forecasting and cost optimization
- Manage banking relationships, cash flow, and working capital requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and reporting processes
- Prepare executive-level financial analyses and strategic recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive finance experience in manufacturing/industrial sector
- Proven track record in financial operations, reporting, and team leadership
- Strong expertise in Malaysian GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial software
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in startup or greenfield factory environments highly advantageous
