Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across all departments
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing activities and ensure timely financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls to maintain compliance with accounting standards
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
- Direct the finance team through mentorship, performance management, and professional development
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CPA/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven leadership experience in team development and process optimization
