Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution across digital and print media
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews, skill development sessions, and workflow guidance
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop cohesive visual communication strategies
- Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables while maintaining creative excellence
- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications effectively
- Stay updated with emerging design trends and technologies to drive innovation
- Present design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders with compelling rationale
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
- Strong conceptual thinking with ability to translate brand requirements into visual solutions
- Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior team members
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility in print, digital, and multimedia design
