Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage NDCT associate project teams, ensuring timely delivery of data-driven initiatives
- Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to identify data requirements for clinical trials
- Develop and implement robust data curation strategies to ensure data quality and integrity
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Oversee the design and implementation of data management systems tailored for biomedical research
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies in clinical data management
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biomedical informatics, computer science, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in clinical trials or biomedical data management
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in complex research environments
- Strong understanding of clinical trial methodologies and data management best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Experience with data curation, governance, and quality assurance processes
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for clinical data management (e.g., FDA, EMA guidelines)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced research environment
