Are you an experienced nursing leader passionate about maternal and infant care? Quality Confinement Home Sabah is looking for a dedicated Senior Staff Nurse and Clinical Instructor to join our compassionate team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily nursing operations and ensure the highest standards of care for mothers and newborns during their confinement period. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior nursing staff, conducting clinical training sessions, and maintaining the facility's reputation for excellence in postpartum care.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and supervise all daily nursing operations and clinical activities within the confinement home.
- Ensure the strict implementation of hygiene protocols and safety standards for mothers and newborns.
- Provide direct clinical care, mentorship, and guidance to junior nursing staff and nursing aides.
- Conduct orientation, training sessions, and refresher courses for the nursing team to enhance skills.
- Manage and maintain accurate patient medical records, medication logs, and incident reports.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate effectively with physicians when necessary.
- Foster a supportive, professional, and empathetic environment for both patients and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Nursing (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree) from an accredited institution.
- Valid Malaysian Registered Nurse (RN) license and current practicing certificate.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in maternity or confinement care.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or Matron role is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and families.
