- Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies across financial services workflows
- Develop and implement change management strategies for successful adoption of new processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define performance metrics and KPIs
- Conduct root cause analysis and data-driven problem-solving for complex operational challenges
- Train and mentor junior consultants on operational excellence frameworks
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders with actionable insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or consulting
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent process expertise
- Proven track record of implementing successful operational transformations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Power BI)
- Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership abilities
- Experience in financial services or insurance industry preferred
