Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality accounting services
- Provide strategic advice to clients on accounting best practices, compliance requirements, and financial optimization
- Develop and implement tailored accounting solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
- Lead a team of accounting professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback
- Conduct regular reviews of client financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and exceeding their expectations
- Stay updated with the latest accounting regulations, tax laws, and industry trends to provide informed advice
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or ACCA certification is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting outsourcing, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Proven track record of managing client portfolios and delivering high-quality accounting services
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring junior staff
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other local languages is a plus
