- Lead and manage a caseload of complex medical and social cases, providing advanced clinical intervention.
- Provide high-level clinical supervision and mentorship to junior social workers, interns, and students.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate innovative social work projects to improve patient support systems.
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and formulate holistic care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Act as a primary point of contact for patients and families during critical medical transitions.
- Advocate for patient rights, benefits, and welfare within the healthcare framework.
- Participate in departmental governance, policy reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a recognized university, with a specialization in Medical Social Work preferred.
- Registered Social Worker with the Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Proven track record in a leadership or supervisory role within a healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, bioethics, and crisis intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
