Tanggung Jawab
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with diverse healthcare needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and infection control standards
- Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to the professional development of the nursing team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent nursing qualification
- Valid nursing registration with Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience
- Specialized training or certification in relevant clinical area preferred
- Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
