- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans in primary care settings
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments with precision and patient safety protocols
- Manage chronic disease monitoring and health education for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care pathways
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and adhere to clinic administrative procedures

Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) certification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3+ years clinical experience with primary care/clinic focus
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Strong proficiency in electronic health records systems (EHR)
- Excellent communication skills with diverse patient demographics
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team settings
