- Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt seating, order taking, and attentive table management
- Prepare and present dishes according to Sushi Tei's quality standards and presentation guidelines
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in dining areas, kitchens, and service stations
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently for order processing and payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock availability
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and solution-oriented mindset
- Adhere to strict grooming standards including collared white shirts, black pants, and polished black footwear
- Support inventory management and stock rotation procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B or hospitality customer service roles
- Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in at least one additional language
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Excellent personal grooming habits and professional appearance
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., NEA standards)
